We have 14-days Return Policy

In case you are not happy with the quality of the product or the product doesn't fit you properly, you can simply return the product to us in 14 days from the receipt of item with an email notice of 24 hours after the receipt of your order. We will replace the product or refund entire amount after receving the goods back on our end. Shipping charges for returnign the product will have to be born by buyer.

We expect from our customers to send the product back in the same manner, we had sent it to them. If you have decided not to keep the product then we would request you to follow these guidelines before you actually send the item back to us.


1. Please give us call or send us an email or file return request under your "My Account" section, to give you the reference number for returning the goods back to our end. No goods will be accepted if you have not contacted us before or absence of reference number.

2. Please make sure goods are unused, clean, packed in the same manner when you had received it. For example: if you have received the item in the carton then please pack it like that or if you have received the heavy machines, benches, orbitrack, cycles or similiar items in wooden crate then pack it those in the same way to prevent them from any damage during the transit time.


3. Customers are requested to arrange the dispatch on their own, as we do not have the facility to arrange the pick up from their home.


4. All accesories and items must be returned in full along with original packing and invoice. Replacement will be put on hold if we found anything missing in the item/s. You may be asked to return the missing things to get the full refund of the item.


5. is not responsible, if the goods get damaged during transit time while returning back to our end. We reserve the right to refuse the parcel/item, cancel the replacement or refund, if found damage on the time of delivery.


6. Customers are requested to keep the airway bill number safe until we receive the goods, no reponsibility will be taken if the goods gets lost/stolen/damaged during transit. In this case no refund/replacement will be issued.


7. We request you to allow us 7 working days to process your refund. After we approve the refund from our end the money would go back to you in the same way you made payment. For example: If you have used credit card then the money will go back to your credit card account. We do not put cash in the bank account.


8. To return the goods back to us, please follow the return address mentioned on the copy of bill/invoice you receive.


9. Make sure to report us within 24 hours after the receipt of an item to get eligible for return or replacement.

10. Goods received in damaged or short condition to the buyer, that must be reported in the form of remarks on the POD receipt while signing it to the courier boy, after no responsibility will be taken by Gofitindia
